Worst garage in existence, terrible customer service. I confirmed bookings, then when I showed up, said they don't have a booking!I got groupon vouchers for service. First my bmw, messed it up, oil was leaking, had to bring it again. Second car, brought today, drove 25 miles, they refused to do the service, only one person available who is clueless. Avoid!!!!
Appalling customer service, left waiting, however prepaid for service. Work identified not required when assessed by another garage and work that is needed not highlighted. Two independent checks stated car service not completed at all. Avoid at all costs, clearly cowboys. Will not be returning.

Appalling customer service at Cadnam and Fawley. 5 days and 7 phone calls later and I finally seem to be getting somewhere with Jared at the Hythe garage.
